BREATHE MAMA   – is a dream project dedicated to all mothers in the world, we created it to offer opportunity for mothers with kids to pause and reconnect with themselves. As women, we usually nurture others more than ourselves, which is why, we mothers, need a retreat to learn how to nurture ourselves first. Being a mama can be amazing, fun and frustrating all at the same time. A Breathe Mama retreat is an opportunity for you to pause, breathe and tap into the incredible potential that lies within. It is a chance to reconnect with your dreams and visions and bond with your child.

ABOUT THIS MAMA

My name is Karolina. I adore life, travels, motherhood and being with other women. Over the years, I‘ve worked for different NGOS, most recently, as a corporate manager for a beautiful international organization called SOS Children’s Villages. I am also a qualified breath worker. Teachings that I have gained, help me in everyday life to be more present, more aware and in charge of my life’s energy. During my first maternity leave I fulfilled one of my biggest dreams by travelling for six months in South East Asia with my son, Felek, and my husband. After having a baby, like many mothers, I lost sight of ‘me’. The pause I took for myself, after many busy and hectic years, helped me to reconnect with myself and to be more present in my life. While I was travelling in Thailand, I discovered Koh Phangan, where I spent most of my time, and I felt it was the perfect place to be with small children. My dream was to create a secret space, a retreat, designed for mothers and their children on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. I believe that each mother deserves a pause, to empower and reawaken her dreams.

ASTREA

My name is Astrea. I am  living and working on the beautiful Island Koh Phangan in Thailand, and studying Yoga with my teachers at Agama Yoga since 2011, with over 1000 hours of Hatha and Kundalini teachings. I have accomplished the 500-hours Hatha Yoga TTC, 800-hours Yoga Therapy Certification, and specialized training program in Trauma Release. Yoga is my passion and tool for my own inner Healing and Evolution. As a Mother, I know how important it is to not get lost in duties and care of others. But really connecting deep to ourselves to be able to really connect to our families and stay present with all the daily challenges. That is why I got so excited to share my time and knowledge with other mothers and share the importance of physical Yoga (Asana), conscious breathing (Pranyama), Meditation and deep Relaxations to release all sort of tensions from the physical, emotional and mental body and reconnect to our deepest essence.
