This is a beautiful, cosy place created by a wonderful woman and a mother of three.
It is located close to nature, but also offers comfortable accommodations. Each of you will have space for yourself and your family there.
“Heaven for Rent” is reserved for the exclusive use of BreatheMama with a private pier and access to the lake.
There is a “sanctuary” area that includes a playground for children.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE EXPERIENCE?
- Sieven nights in our Masurian “sanctuary” for the exclusive use of BreatheMama retreat participants
- Daily full board (breakfast, brunch, dinner and an afternoon power snack for you and your child/children). Vegan and vegetarian meals prepared with love from the highest quality ingredients by our BreatheMama cook.

- Daily yoga practice (also for beginners, breathing techniques)
- Couples workshops tailored to the needs of the group
- Daily childcare for approximately 4-5 hours. Thematic yoga/mindfulness program for children
- Afternoon workshops for families
- Masseuses available on site for participants’ needs

- Evening relaxation
- 1:1 coaching with workshop leaders and tailored practices specifically for couples and simple and practical tools
- Unlimited coffee, herbal tea and water
