7 days / 6 nights in an intimate boutique agriturismo, AVO ANTICA. Surrounded by olive and almond trees, with a pool and a private space exclusively for our participants. A place where you can gain perspective, recharge your batteries, and spend time with your child/children that will stay with you forever. Breathe Mama Retreat is much more than a holiday. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE

• 7 days / 6 nights accommodation in a room with a private bathroom
• Daily morning sessions (yoga or pilates)
• Round-trip transfers
• Evening relaxation sessions
• Coaching and mentoring workshops supporting regeneration, growth, and returning to everyday life with renewed energy and inspiration
• Care of a Polish host throughout the stay
